The StyleItaliano movement was born in the early 2000s from the idea of two friends: Dr. Walter Devoto and Proff. Angelo Putignano. The two dentists are recognized as experts in conservative and aesthetic dentistry, and had observed that materials were available that allowed for the creation of splendid direct restorations, but lacked adequate concepts for their use.
Anyone who wanted to imitate natural teeth in a perfect way needed artistic skills, creativity and lots of time to practice.
Since time is a scarce resource in every dental office, the two friends decided to develop simplified techniques that enable every dentist to obtain impressive results with direct composite materials.
Their practical suggestions are based on clear and precise ideas that help dentists face their own daily challenges in their dental office.
StyleItaliano became a team of professionals who support each other and help others improve, always showing them that “YOU can do what WE do.”

Espresso Anterior Course
Born in Mexico City, Jordi Manauta graduated with a degree in dentistry from the Technological University of Mexico (UNITEC) with major grants. He continued his postgraduate studies in operative and aesthetic dentistry, earning a master’s degree from the International University of Catalonia (UIC) in Barcelona, Spain. Disciple of Miguel Tames (Mexico City) and Walter Devoto (Italy), he has developed and currently is developing various materials and instruments for aesthetic dentistry, dental colorimetry and photography in collaboration with international companies.
He was named Honorary Professor of the University of Buenos Aires in 2022 and he is a scientific consultant for two European journals. Dr. Manauta is also a member of StyleItaliano study group since 2008. He is the author of the book Layers (Quintessence 2012) and Layers2 (Quintessence 2022) and is the author and co-author of many publications in international journals. Dr Manauta is frequently invited as a lecturer in aesthetic and operative dentistry.
Espresso Posterior Course
Dr Giuseppe Chiodera graduated with a degree in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics in 2004 from the University of Brescia. In the same year, he received a scholarship from King’s College London. Since 2004, he has also owned a private practice in Brescia, which is dedicated primarily to conservative and aesthetic dentistry, and he is well-known for his work in these two areas. He has collaborated with various universities as a lecturer for their master’s degree programmes including: the University of Padua, Rome La Sapienza, Pavia, Siena, Ferrara, Insubria, and Geneva. He is the author of articles in national and international journals, a speaker at national and international conferences and an honorary member of StyleItaliano.

By purchasing the Espresso Anterior/Posterior Course as a single course or in a bundle, you will have access to the on-demand Training Videos valid for a period of 6 months and you will receive your practice kit within 3 working weeks.
Get ready at your place
After receiving the kit, email or WhatsApp us to let us know you have received the kit. We will then grant you access to the course(s) you purchased, and you will then be notified by email.
Once you have access to the course and are ready to begin, organize your table with all you need to perform the hands-on exercises.
Access to the On-demand Course
Access the ON-DEMAND training sessions at your convenience and to learn how to improve your direct anterior/posterior restorations. The course will remain available for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Clear up your doubts at the Q&A session
Join the next available Live Webinar session to interact directly with your teacher to resolve your queries.The live session is not mandatory to complete your training.

To attend the Espresso Posterior Online Course remember you need to have
- The Espresso Posterior Practice KIT + 3D printed model (we provide you with the STL file to print the model)
- A laptop, tablet or at least a smartphone to access the course
- A notebook or notepad to take notes (Suggested)
- Your everyday instruments to do posterior restorations:
- Curing Light
- Magnification Loupes (optional)
To attend the Espresso Anterior Online Course remember you need to have:
- The Espresso Anterior Practice KIT we delivered to you
- A Motor to do hands-on exercises
- A laptop, tablet or at least a smartphone to access the course on Canvas
- A notebook or notepad to take notes
- Your everyday instruments to do anterior restorations:
- Small glass with water
- Kleenex or napkins
- Gloves
- Curing Light
- Motor + Blue ring contrangle (that fits the pair of burs you received within the Kit)
- Magnification Loupes (optional)
- Air blower (optional)
- Pencil (optional)
At the moment, we are only shipping the practice kits to the countries listed, HOWEVER, do still register your interest if your country is not included in the list as we will be shipping to more countries in the Asia Pacific Region in the near future! The card is only available as part of the practice kit, and the practice kit is only available as part of the Espresso courses.
After purchasing the course we will notify you via email on everything related to the course workflow, including the shipment of the Practice Kit.
Under normal circumstances, the kit should reach you within 3 working weeks.
The 3D Model is required to perform the hands-on exercises for the Espresso Posterior Course. You can print the 3D model using the STL file we provide you via email.

The on-demand course will be available for 6 months from the date of purchase. If you fail to attend it within the 6 months, you need to buy it again.
The live session is not mandatory to complete your training and get the StyleItaliano Certificate.
There will be a few dates for you to choose from so you can choose the next available date you can attend.
